Reporting ***** and unprofessionalism

<p>1.I recently sort to aquire a speedpoint machine from Capitec and they took all my details. They promised to deliver it to me. The person that was supposed to deliver it - on 1st attempt of trying to reach me at my place of work, then doesnt have the decency to call me but tells my employees to call me to tell me that he was there? didnt he have my details? </p> <p>2. To make matters worse, this person doesnt come back to deliver the speedpoint - but Capitec still debit me for an item that I dont even have? I have been going to the Kempton Park Capitec branch to get this sorted, and to date NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK! </p> <p>3. I need this contract cancelled as I clearly cannot trust them with my business. </p> <p>This is another level of unprofessionalism! </p>
