i was *****ed on my account, i have never had any subscriptions with the play station merchant. Anele Mfulatelwa which i was chatting to, promised me that i will get my money today but when i get to the capitec branch Yolandi Williams told me that she doesn't have any relationship with whatsapp consultants and then she gave me a phone to speak to the client care for myself, with an attitude. i want to report both Anele Mfulatelwa who is the Whatsapp consultant who promised me my money and Yolandi Williams at George Branch(western cape)... i want my money from Capitec. and i want this matter to be escalated.

I want my money,I’m tired of capitec and *****ulent activities ,everytime you treating us like we don’t have lives or we are wealthy enough to donate to a bank. I need my money then I am out of this bank. I don’t want it anymore. Now return my money into my account,then leave me alone.
