Replacement card at Capitec Vangate mall

To Nandi of the Capitec bank nearest to the Spar in Vangate mall, I want to say a big thank you for your assistance in making sure the replacement card fee was waived when I spoke to on the 15th of January, at the branch. Where as when I told someone at the Cavendish branch about my issue with the card not working on the ATM's, the lady told I had to replace the card at my own expense, you did not hesitate to tell me just inform the person that assisted, Nandi said the card fee is waived. I appreciate this.
