repayment calculation

<p>Hi. There was a loan taken out with capitec in Jan 2016. All installments have been made by the amount outstanding is still more than the initial loan amount amount. How is a loan of R40k still have a balance of R41k after 11 installments that were paid. Is is said that capitec calculates interest rate on.a day to.day basis and is then added at the end of the month and then debited from the account holder, Why is that my December installment, although incorrectly debited on the 15th Is the same as the November installment. When an agreement is signed with.the consultant , there is no mention of alternate submit dates for December. Capitec has also failed to debit the correct account on the required date. </p>
