Remove hold on Funds

I was told within 5 days the hold would've have been removed after waiting almost a whole year ,yet just to get no response from the bank again, today is a week and I am still waiting for the hold to be removed from my funds,it doesn't take that all as my account was reopened long time already and have no pending ***** cases against it. So why am I still waiting up to this day?
