Removal of Debt Review Status

I have visited the Capitec branch in Pavillion a few times since August 2021and requested assistance with the removal of a Debt Review Status, which was withdrawn in 2010. I submitted a letter of withdrawal from Summit Financial Services at the branch and I was advised that the letter was submitted to relevant department. I was contacted the following day and advised I need to contact the National Credit Regulator and request for a screen shot which reflects that the Debt review status no longer reflects, I did Contact the NCR as well as Transunion, Experian and XDS and all of these credit bureau cannot see a debt review status. At this stage I cannot understand why Capitec is unable to finalize this process and remove the debt review on their side. I have requested for the withdrawal letter and that should be sufficient.
