Removal from ITC Removal

I heard enough with Capitec and Vertex credit solutions. i have received paid up letter today i was advised to take it to any capitec branch and the lady by the name of Mxo at Johannesburg Herrison Branch she refused to help me ........................So capitec people i do not owe you anymore or do i have to go to highest court in the work so that you can assist me????????????????????????? coz even vertex does not want to help
