Remote Banking made branch banking

<p>ohk now they are just being stupid, from being able to reverse your funds from unwanted sources to being able to reverse only R200,i mean what is that, are they promoting fruad in our accounts, i dont understand. Who ever came up with that decision is an idiot. A reversal vai remote banking was said to be less and going to the bank is more expensive, there's queues for everything now, so i guess their motor must change from simplicity to difficulty. i think i'll change my bank now, i dont want to be going to branches and standing in long S queues for my money, i don't know what other people think about this but on my side capitec has just made a wrong move, they need to upgrade to new technologies not down grade back to encient times to standing in queues. Capitec you need to change fast or you'll loose me and a lot of other people. Word of mouth Goes a long way..</p>
