REMAINING TERMS DOES NOT CORRESPOND WITH BALANCE

I have a 41 month loan with Capitec Bank which I app**** for in 2012 December 07. According to my contract I had to first pay my first instalment of R3172.07 in january 2013, and the final instalment was supposed to be on May 2016, but their system says I am one month remaining, which I understand because, I missed my first instalment. I am aware of the arrears interests when my account is not up to date, and that is why I settled all the interests charges that incurred when my account was in arrears, and that is why I did not have a problem when Capitec Bank deducted more than the normal instalment. But now I have a problem when my loan account is up to date with one month remaining to settle the account and a balance of R14900, when my instalment is R3172.07. When I first enquired about this at Capitec Bank, they first told me that I was supposed to pay the first instalment in December 2012, and they also said thethat balance was due to that payments were not made for December 2012, and January 2013. The gentleman insisted that my contract stated that the first instalment should be in December 2012, I was not satisfied and I requested the copy of my contract from the branch where I took the loan, and it stated that first instalment should be one January 2013. When I called again, the gentleman I spoke too, told me it was because I rescheduled my account in November 2014, which I disputed because during those times, my account was up to date, and I had no reason to reschedule it. And what is more disturbing is that it does not show on a statement which I got from their Newcastle branch. When I called the help desk to enquire, the gentleman I spoke to, told me that there is something wrong there, he could not see what the problem was since the account is up to date, and he said he wI'll send my enquiry to their technical department so that they will investigate, he said I should follow up in 72 hours, I called I called them after 96 hours, and the lady told me they can't find where the problem is, she asked me to wait until I pay the final Instalment in June, and she said they will reinvestigate, she said if they stil can't see where this balance comes from, they will write it off. While waiting to pay the last instalment, I then received an e-mail from Capitec Bank, which has the snapshots of the contract, explaining the interests and so on, ( I don't understand why because I settled all the arrears interests, and they don't reflect on the statement and my account is up to date) and the statement which is has transactions which are not in the statement I received from the branch. And as they say I redcheduled my loan account, they can't tell to how many months, as this is impossible that I can pay a R14900 in one month. I am very not happy with Capitec, and as everyone says that you will pay for a Capitec Bank loan forever.
