RELUCTANCY OF CAPITEC TO UNLOCK MY FIXED DEPOSIT MONEY WITHOUT IMPOSING A LARGER PENALTIES.

I made a fixed deposit on 28 February 2026 but I want to unlock it but the penalty for unlocking my money is too much. Its tantamount to *****ing from customers. The government must regulate banks penalty fees.

The money that we fix its hard earned money and I am asking myself who will benefit from my sweat. I want Capitec to bring back my money and keep the little interest they generated. People are being burned by ridiculous bank policies and no one says a thing about it. Its an unfair business practice where a bank can take your money that you have worked hard for. I also want to know the criteria they use to impose hefty fines on ones money. CAPITEC PLEASE UNLOCK MY MONEY WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. I just wonder how many people are being ****** like me in the name of penalties. I wouldn't mind if they impose R200 but not a thousand that I am required to put food on the table with. CAPITEC I AM REQUESTING YOU TO UNLOCK MY MONEY PLEASE.
