relief fund ****

I received an sms from capitec where i was informed that should i pay my loan without missing any payment i will get a relief fund which is to be paid back to my loan. I took the offer in March meaning as of April the deal starts. I paid for 6 months without missing the payments and when i asked about my relief fund i was told that it started in June and not April. I want to change banks because i am beyond disappointed with Capitec and want nothing to do with them!
