Reliability with capitec
The card scheming ***** I very high at capitec. I lodge a complaint on 25 February at both customer care and the wonderboom branch. Their turn around time for investigation is very long leaving clients frustrated. To date nothing is said or done. There is little or no financial protection at Capitec. They are simply not reliable.
