Released funds to the *****ster!!

I will never ever use this bank again and I will also advise so many people on how they shouldn’t use this ****ty bank… capitec released funds that I went to report to the *****ulent, what was the purpose of me going to report ***** if they still gonna release them to the account holder? And now they lie that by the time I went to report the funds they money was already withdrawn of which some agent who assisted me there told me that the funds were released by capitec!!! Where do I report this further? How do they tell me to wait for 7-14 days only to tell me they can’t help me?
