Release the stokvels funds

M one of the Capitec clients who belongs to Mr J Mathebula stokvels that helps us to eradicate poverty , as a single mom who is taking care of my grandchildren X3 since their mom is unemployed post COVID phase . Usually the payout from this stokvels helps me to pay for my grandchildren's monthly schools fees plus transportation, helps with meeting of our basic needs in the house , the thought that our money is held is really sad , m frustrated and I really don't know who can help me out currently as m on debt review I can't get even a loan . Really m not happy with what the bank I use to trust so much is doing currently. M referring to case number ***7. Pls advise your client m rating them 1 cos I don't think they treated this matter serious and urgent they forgot that in this not only one person is affected but the whole community, society who believes in do things legally.
