Release the money please

Capitec has suspected *****ulent payments from my account so they wanted me to prove where I got the money and I did so. I have been going to their branches multiple of times , each time they request different documents , there is money that is on hold and this is affecting my financial status, I have been calling their ***** department to get the help with this case but it seems like we not getting anywhere
