Release my funds

Capitec it's the worst bank ever 😫,I submitted all the documents that they requested.but still they can unfreeze my money 💰.Im sleeping in the street because they failed me with my money o have proven where my money is coming from.its 4 days now can't excess my funds.can you guys release my fund.i want to give other banks chance even ur consultant are not professional trained o think

Thanks I hope my money will be unlocked before the end of tomorrow,can't be going to your branch everyday.when consultants phoned ***** department u said i must not do follow up I must wait for you guys while I'm struggling in the street with my kids while I have money.can you guys release my money can't take it any more I was a loyal customer for edges. If you guys was protecting my money for ***** why don't you release it when I prove I'm the one doing transactions.
