Release my account

Good day, capitec hold my account since February with my money in it, thy asked me to send them proof of how the money ended up into my account and indeed I sent as they requested but still there is no feedback, I sent them proof 2 times to the different emails I was provided to use but still my account is on hold, I didn't even receive my salary of this month because I was using capitec to receive the salary, I'm hurt I just don't know what to do now
