Regretting the first day i went to Capitec Bank

<p>I hv a loan with Capitec Bank nd made arrangements with them to pay them personally,as I'm no longer working nd I don't fail them nto even once but to my surprise,every money that gets into my account they take it all,as if they are the only one I ow money to. I go to the bank almost every month nd explain my situation but they don't even care if I'll be able to put food on my kid's table. Wannted to close the account nd only pay their loan they refused. I thought that way my life will be better. I'm just wandering when am I going to finish paying them cos they left me no choice but to go open another account with their competitor. I regret ever going to Capitec bank</p>
