Registering master card for adwords account

I have an adwords google account.<br> In the past I used to register my capitec debit card as payment method for my account. Billing took place on a monthly base and my bills went off without a problem.<br> <br> A few weeks ago I lost my card and after having to visit the branch and several hours of my time I successfully registered my new card for internet usage.<br> <br> I registered the new card as payment method on my google adwords account. A few days later I got a message that my institution didn't authorize my card. It is strange because it is the same banking account only a new card. The previous one worked fine. This payment method is extremely important for me because I do my internet marketing for my business with google adwords.The call centre couldn't offer any help or suggestions????
