Regional Manager of Capitec Wersten cape is extremely selfish and have zero customer service what so ever.I was refused to go withdraw in capitec gugulethu as I could not stand for a very long time in the que and I provided medical report.He or she advised the lady from customer service to tell me the is no other way they can do it I must be on the que like every one else.I AM NOT LIKE EVERYONE ELSE I HAVE CHRONIC ILLNESS!
