Regarding my Capitec Account that has been blocked for months now

Capitec Bank blocked my Account without even contacting me and find out what happened, they just told me that someone reported all our accounts ad members of the stokvel we played, but why didn't they call me and hear my side of the story they decided to block all our accounts without knowing what really happened
