Refusing to stop unauthorized debit order

Dear Sir, I do have 4 unauthorized debit orders on my bank acc. I went into the bank abou t 2 times, to stop the debit orders but the consultants refuse to cancel the debit order. This is happening for the past 4 months. Every time when these debit orders go through my acc, I pay for the debit orders R3.50 each. Everytime that I dispute these debit orders cause the bank refuse to cancel it I pay R15.00 for each debit order. So I pay R14.00 for unauthorized debit orders and then I pay another R60.00 to dipute the debit orders. At the end of the day these debit orders cost me, R74.00 a month for four months. So I already paid R296.00 for poor services. This morning I phoned customer care and the guy said that he can't help me, because I have to phone the people that were debit from my acc. I told the guy that I acn not phone them, cause I don't know them and I do not have any phone numbers of the person or business that debit my acc. The only debit order that I do know about is from MBD and they debit R400.00 from my account every month. The guy said that he will provide me with contact details but he never did. He said that he would come back to me with contacting details but he never did. I will not tolerate this poor service any longer. I expect from capitec to repay the R296.00 for the so called banking charges because in the bank they refuse to stop the debit orders and I also expect capitec to stop these debit orders with immediate effect. It is 3 R45.00 debit orders and 1 R95.00 debit order. If capitec refuse to do any of above, I will go in on Saturday (28/10/2017) to close my acc and I will open another acc at FNB. My ref. number this morning were ********** 3 and if there is someone at capitec that woulkd like to get in contact with me, he/she can contact me on ********** 848

Thank you to the lady that phoned me today about the debit orders that went through on my acc. I do appreciate it. Thank you for solving my problem and you can be sure that I will not change from banks. Capitec is more secure with our acc than any other banks
