Refusing to release my income tax refund deposit

<p>I was happy with the bank until my account was put on hold because of suspected ********** activities. Then the worse night mare was when SARS refunded my income tax to this account, i have been to different branches trying to have access to the funds, i was asked to bring POF from sars of which i did but all i am getting is the empty promises i will get the phone call.</p> <p> </p> <p>if i cannot access these funds why not return it to SARS than keeping it to yourself?</p>
