Refusing to Provide Bank Statements & Disclose "Court Orders"

Hope this review will find some attention.

I'm writing on behalf of my mother. Capitec Bank froze my mothers account without notifying her what so ever only when she needed to withdraw money she wasn't able, she then drove to her nearest branch where they only told her they've received instructions to freeze her account followed with a Court Order, she have asked to please give a copy of the Court order and they only refused and said their not allowed to disclose it to her and that she should contact the attorneys that filed the court order (Anyone with some sense will understand that without the contact details of the attorneys you will not be able to contact them). So after a struggle to find out who the attorneys was we've made contact, while waiting for the attorneys to get back to us, money was deducted. My mom drove again to her nearest branch only to hear the same old excuses "That they're not allowed to disclose the Court Order" but what top this incompetency was the moment they told her, they can't help to provide a bank statement which take note our attorney advised us to get so we can do proper investigation on where the money was transferred to.

So should any ask me whether Capitec Bank has it's clients best interest I shall say NO...
