REFUSING TO GIVE MY OWN FUNDS

"Seriously you add me on SAFPS just for an R50 that was reported on my personal account and now that I open a business account and have a legitimate Company registered now and started receiving funds from customers and paying suppliers boom you freeze my account and tell me my relationship with the bank have ended in the very same day. What about my funds, just transfer all those funds in my nedbank account, I will send proof of payment via email.And all this just before Christmas ,what a way to ruin ones holiday."

This is what i wrote 3 months ago and up to today no proper outcome have been given, I was told my account won't be reopen and the remaining funds in my business account will be transferred to any given bank account i provide and 3 months later no answer to where and how i can retrieve those fund, i want know where and how i can recieved the balance remaining ok my Capitec Business account since my relationship with the bank was ended? And please communicate with me via email as i am at work and unable to answer the phone.

ALL I WANT TO KNOW IS WHERE AND HOW TO I GET THE REMAINING FUNDS ON MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT WHICH IS STOPPED SINCE MY RELATIONSHIP WITH BANK AS ENDED

I am tried of this up and down and unprofessional work ethics provide to me by your consultants .

I want my money and that's it.
