refusing to assist me

I was at capitec bank ilanga mall in nelspruit to deposit money to my wife. When I get into a capitec bank I usually get an employee who gives me a ticket with a number. Today wasn't the case I didn't find anyone and I proceeded to the counter where I was second in line. When my turn came I was assisted by Connie mazibuko who wanted a ticket from me and I explained that I didn't have one. She and another employee by the name Nosipho Nkosi then told me to wait on the side and they said they would be assisting the lady behind me because she had a number. It clearly appeared to me that they knew each other when Nosipho Nkosi asked the lady how her child was and I was put on the side because she wanted to assist her friend first. When I expressed my dissatisfaction about this to the two employees they and the lady just laughed at me and they sarcastically said \people who know their rights"I have always known capitec to be one of the banks that offer very good service in the country but what happened today was very disappointing.
