Refuses to pay me My Refund, Due to There Lack Of Knowlidge

I cancelled life Cover on Day 5 and they Told me no Deductions will Happen .. 2 days after Cancelling (Day 7 After Joining Life Cover)How Well Trained are Your Staff, Not Knowing the Before and After Cool-off period Prosedure .... Its R1083, Not alot of Money, But its MY Hard Working Money.... It Could help me Buy foid Instead of selling my Belontings, Could Help me find a Jov... every Day Since Last week Thursday i have beed traveling, Walking and Begging for my Money, While Having proof and Contract with me... They just say No... Thats What us Low Class - Hard working People Get... told them i need the Money for Uber to Get my Girls Back Home... They just did not Care... I asked the Manageress if she could help with Money for Taxi and Just Laughed at me. . I took Videosvof my Girls Crying, Hungry and Needed to get home... As im a Single Dad Couldnt afford to ask family members as im on thin Ice loosing my Kids.... Guess what..... I.lost them..... 7 Days Walking, Being Treated like trash, Cuz Capitec wants us To Take out Life Police, wants us to sign a Contract.... But they Dont know what they dont even know the Contract They Selling... Its My hard working money you *****ing, Which By the way I would Have Trusted you with ny Life to help loved 1..
