Refuses a client to settle a loan in 2 payments

I have a loan with capitec due to unforeseen circumstances that I had to deal with at home ,my loan was behind and handed over to Vertex solutions ,i was give a settlement discount which I want to settle my loan ,as a bread winner at home I can't make a requested settlement amount at once,I plead to their lawyers that if I can make 2 payments as this money they are requesting is to much ,I have R35000 cash as the the money requested was R50280 and hoping the rest will be paid end of February. I even Sold my car to settle this account and became debt free.why banks like standard bank and FNB are able to help their clients to settle their accounts in three payments. What's so special about capitec bank .they must just change their ways of banking,at least I want to settle my loan and making end means.
