Refused Instalment Arrangement

Capitec is full of empty promises! I guess the Viceroy report is true, because I'm experiencing it. I have a loan and I asked for my premiums to be lowered since I couldn't afford the initial monthly payments. I was told it can't only be allowed only 3 times. The thing is I can't afford to pay the 1st premium anymore. I contacted Capitec to make arrangements, yet my pleas were not received. If they would an affordability assessment now, they would see I can't afford to the initial monthly payments anymore.
