Refused a Credit card with minimum overdraft facility due to OLD age

I have requested feedback from Capitec about refusing me a cedit card on the basis that I am to old to get credit. see my previous complaint for the explanation.

As I have mentioned preveously. I do have a debit card with Capitec now for more that two years and the balance in excess of R200 000. And I can not get a credit card wit a R100 overdraft facility.

Jut have to mention it again. Even though I am on pension I do have an income way more that R20 000 monthly.

I was informed that my complaint was esculated, again!!!!.
