Refuse to switch my debit orders.

I have two personal loans with Capitec bank , So I went to Capitec bank in bridge city to switch my debit orders I have with them from Capitec bank to Fnb , the lady called Thankeka on counter number 4 on the 11th of November 2015 time 10h57 refused stating that I have to wait until the debit order bounces than I will pay with arrears , I asked for the manager she said the manager is out and she is second in charge but she cannot help me with the debit order switch.
