Refuse to reverse unau debit order

Capitec is not the bank a person can rely to. I have a funeral policy with this bank. We agreed on the debit order date which is the 25th of every month. To my suprise this morning capitec debited the money and I haven't got paid. The money was for petrol so that I can go to work. I thought it was a mistake I called capitec and ask if they could kindly reverse the money and debit on the agreed date. Unfortunately they couldn't assist me. They said it was impossible to reverse the money. So I now need to make plan or borrow money from other people and inconvenience other people just because capitec decided to debit the money on the wrong date without my consent. Should you wish to have a funeral policy consider other companies which are Reliable not capitec that inconvenience people. Taking money without my consent is wrong and causes inconvenience. I regret to ever trusting capitec. I will start looking for other reliable banks which will cater for my needs in a professional and reliable manner.
