Refuse to remove my name from ItC after i have paid them

<p>2011 i took a loan with capitec which i paid for few months before i lost my job and couldnt afford to pay them same year they hamded me over and in 2012 they lawyers ganished me i ended up paying 5x than the loan i intial took including interest in 2014 i paid everything i owed then including their crazy interest 3 years later they still haven't removed my name from ITC despite the fact that i dont have a acc with them them they still have my status on ITC as acc open instead of closed. They sent me a settlement letter on the 21st of march 2017 but its still so difficult for them to update my ITC status is this how capitec treats people even after they have paid them the ridiculous interest they charge they still can do the right simple thing of clearing their names from itc. This bank is so unprofessional and is there to take advantage of the desparate ppl of SA pls be warned.</p>
