REFUSE TO PAY MONEY PAID TO ME
I dont know what to do Capitec refuses to pay the money to me that was paid to me last week Wednesday from Namibia Got a sms saying I need to call *** All you get is answering service and listen to music I have tried over and over and have not been able to get through at all.
I then called customer service and they cant help me at all they just tel me to call the same no.
They refuse to take my details to sort anything out.
What a joke is this worst service I ever experienced
