Refusal to remove paid up money
I have been trying for weeks now to have my credit score cleared from money that was owed and paid up.The amount is still showing and has not been removed as I have asked them to remove it from my credit score and has yet again NOT BEEN DONE.This is causing major problem as i am applying for my home loan and cannot for this small amount they refusing to remove that has been paid up ALREADY!
