Refusal to loan arrangement

I am very disappointed with capitec once again.i called to make a loan arrangement since lockdown my working situation is not normal its 50 percent salary.spoke a lady Elsie who was vèy rude and refused to hear that i am not working normal and i cant pay.she say she needs proof .I told okay i do send a letter from company but i am not at work everyday.we work 2 days or 3 a week.i will change my bank to another bank that understands.and please can the capitec manager hear the voice recording today.i even said okay i pay 100.and she still says she will note it down till i get proof.its not the first time i have this problem with capitec loans dept.
