REFUSAL OF PAYING MY SECOND FUNERAL POLICY CF***7
On the 5th November I've lost my step father. On the 8th I went to Capitec Bank to claim my dad policy which was done by me. I had 2 covers for my father because I wanted to increase cover and I was told to add another cover and I did. Altogether I had two policy at Capitec. To my shock Capitec payed for one policy and there's no one know what's happening to the second Policy. My heart is bleeding I've been calling Capitec non stop also going to the branch twice a day. The only answer I get I send an email and no one is saying concrete thing. I'm so sad and disappointed. POLICY NUMBERS ARE CF ***7 that one not payed.

17 Nov 2023, 09:17Capitec now is telling me they can't pay my second Policy because the one that payed is the maximum for a parent why did they tell me now. I've be paying that policy since 2020 now my father has passed on they are making excuses. Tomorrow we suppose to lay my father in rest Capitec is doing this. Ghey are so cruel. Ghey must not be trusted
