refusal of my legal right

Hi, the bank is refusing to provide me with the proof/confirmation of my accounts prescribed debts(Loan, credit card and overdraft), they telling me that they have sold it to the legal collector and they have nothing to do with that, i must see my =self. may I kindly have confirmation please
