Refusal of accidental claim payout from Capitec Bank

I'm Soo disappointed in Capitec as they don't want to pay my husband's accidental claim benefits. The death certificate says unnatural I submitted postmortem report now they say it's a natural death and can't pay for accidental claim. It hurt a lot as I have been paying my monthly premium every month. They didn't even bother to call the Dr who checked my husband. I'm sooo disappointed and even hurt,as I'm still grieving and now this.
