Refunding

I went to Capitec bank for several time trying to get helped About refunding my money that was never redeemed on 7th of may 2024 the money was supposed to Reversed back after 30days if it's no redeemed i reported the issue at Capitec branch and they told me that I must wait for 24hours they gonna reverse the money in my account with INCIDENT NO *** I waited up until I went back again after 2days the give me another story telling me about the system and they told me I must wait 3days they will refund me my money and they give me another INCIDENT NUMBER ***0 up untill today it's been a week now no money was refunded and no calls nothing when I went back there again they said they are apologise because of the numbers they will refunded me I'm in that Trauma please help me I'm Dieing with this Capitec I've been a client for 15 years in this Capitec My number is ***
