REFUND REQUEST

<p>On the 13th of January my debt counsellor requested a refund on my behalf since they informed capitec to stop debiting my account as I was on debt review since December. The request was approved and the money paid into my account but was immediately taken off by the collections department and the smses were delaying that day. </p> <p> </p> <p>I immediately went the the brach no : ********** 6 and a consultant named Lebogang sent and e-mail to ccs for the refund and explained in the e-mail what happened and he was told by the consultant at ccs to tell me that refund will take 3 working days. </p> <p> </p> <p>I went back again in the 19th as there was no money paid into my account on the 3rd day; I was told the e-mail was sent into a wrong account. Same story.. another consultant named Wafeeq logged another refund request to ccs., patiently waited for another 3 days, nothing came up. Another request logged again by Lee.. and was request to send my bank statement this time, waited another 3 days, followed up again with the branch as usual on the 4th day( 01 Feb ) nothing, consultant Sydney called CSC, only to find out they opened the e-mail today, that is so disgusting as I am alwaays asking for a time off from my employer( which I must work back) to capitec every time to attend the same matter over and over again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today 01/02 I logged a complaint via their consultant, ref: ********** 8.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am so disappointed with Capitec CCS services. The consultants at the branch have been very helpful.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
