Refund refusal and unaccounted deductions.

1. They deduct the uber payment whilst confirming a ride. When there is a surplus they dont refund me the same. Also, they continuously charge me R1.00 for insufficient finds regardless of having taken the money.

2. Money was transferred from my account to live better. After checking my balance there was money missing from my savings account.

3. Lodged a complaint for refund of Uber money. Provided all proof. My complaint was not resolved. I was told to lodge a new complaint.

The bank is states that their fees are low. Unfortunately, it takes small monies on a continous basis without you realizing. By the time you realise, months have gone by and a large sum had already been take. I highly DON'T recommend this bank.
