Refund on additional payments made to a payed up loan.

It's days later and my issue with Capitec and Nimble Collections on the additional funds payed over to them has still not been resolved. This is after Capitec promised me that they have spoken to Nimble and Nimble has agreed to process the refund,Only for Nimble to say they have not spoken to Capitec and are not gonna be processing any funds as the funds are with Capitev and not with them.I really dissappinted in this 2 service providers and wouldn't refer them to anyone.Their dishonesty is reason to terminate any business you might have with them.
