Refund of money

On the 3rd June 2019, I made a transfer of R70000 to a ********** account from Capitec Bank to Nedbank account. I reported the matter at Nedbank Port Elizabeth Green Acres mall on the 4th June 2019 and I was advised to open a case with SAPS which I did at Port Elizabeth.

On the 12th June 2019, I made follow up on Capitec customer service website and was referred to the nearest branch which is Zeerust. I went there on the same day and we sent all the necessary documents.

On the 3rd July 2019 I received an amount of R1515 from unknown account and I went to Capitec branch to check where it came from but they couldn't trace it.

On the 15th July 2019 I went back for follow up and was told that an amount of R29996 was paid into my account on the 4th of July 2019, of which there are no deposits of such amount and my bank statement was emailed back to the ********** department but since then I have not received any response irrespective of my many follow ups.

I have requested proof of email communication and was denied them, the reason given to me was that only police can request such information.

The consultant who has been assisting me name (Maleshwane) told me to give up on the case because I am the one who voluntarily paid the ****s so the bank is not liable to pay me back.

My concern is where is the R29996 that the bank said it was refunded back to me.

Hello Peter I rely on you to solve this case.
