Refund of debit order that was processed on an account on retrenchment status

Capitec keeps deducting loan repayments even when the account is on a Retrenchment status..I was retrenched in October and submitted all required documents for insurance purposes..Debit order was processed and only got a refund after I reached out to Hellopeter..They have since processed another debit leaving my account on a minus ..Insurance must cover it and which department is supposed to put the debit order on hold..This is unacceptable will someone is dealing with loss of income.
