Refund nonexistent

Disappointed with Capitec, received SMS's every month without fail for the past 5 months or so informing about a loan refund I'll receive after making payments for 6 months consistently, I did that and the messages stopped coming. I called Capitec to enquire about the refund and was sent from one department to another until they eventually dropped my call, I then sent an email and no one bothered to reply.

The bank made the promises and had adverts about the refund but when it's time to keep their end of the bargain they fail, disappointed.
