Refund from Capitec Bank

I had bad experience at Capitec Bank... R 3459.00 was ****** from my account on the 14th of June till to date, I went to the branch and they requested that I open a case of which I did and informed me that I will get response within 3 working days. I went back after 3 days and told me that they haven't started with investigations but there are 80% chances of me getting back my money.

Still waiting for response I am so disappointed with Capitec. I know that other banks keep their promises and refund back money but as for Capitec did nothing. I want to expose the bank and make sure that every gets to be aware that if they save with Capitec it's on their own risk. I still want my money back or else I will open a case or them and also go to Ombudsm😡😡😡
