Refund due after insurance pay out

an i please have an update on my insurance claim..The bank still went ahead and deducted money from my savings after they were informed of loss of income .The following messages were received on the 11/11/2024 Multiple calls and emails has been sent but no one seems to do anything about the refund..Visited the branch ..They can only call and still no assistance
