Refund

I've never been helped with the refund at Capitec. The guy Muhajid was assisting me says, they won't be able to assist me with refund the only thing that I can do is to ask for refund from the company by myself. They'll send me the company details of the company that did the transaction on my account. Since then I've never heard from them.
