REFUND - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Can one of your consultants please call me regarding my refund from Capitec? It's been 2 months for Capitec to return my money that I lost at the ATM. This is really pathetic service! I've been following up with the call center and keep going back to the branch!
